Boothing Applications

Requirements:

• Setup begins 2 hours before the start of the show

• Booths must be completely set up 1 hour before the start of the show when the lobby doors open for the audience

• Booths are “claimed” on a first-come, first serve basis

• Booths must have at least 1 person monitoring the booth for the hour leading up to the start of the show, but no more than 3 people

• People who are monitoring the booth may attend the show they are boothing at for free!

• The names of people running the booth must be submitted to Ambo Dance Theatre no later than March 11th so that their name can be added to the comp ticket list

• Booths must be completely packed up by 1 hour after the show concludes

• If you are boothing for multiple shows, you are welcome to leave your booth set up between performances. You do not need to deconstruct and re-set up your booth between performances.

• You may NOT sell merchandise or products of any kind at your booth. You MAY provide free giveaway items that are not food, as well as informational content about your business/organization.

• Businesses and organizations participating in boothing at the Kentucky Dance Festival must abide by all rules and regulations provided by Kentucky Dance Festival and its presenting organizations, Ambo Dance Theatre and Actors Theatre of Louisville.
