The Kentucky Dance Festival, presented in partnership with Ambo Dance Theatre and Actors Theatre of Louisville, is thrilled to invite the Louisville and Kentuckiana community to participate in advertising sponsorship opportunities at the 2026 Kentucky Dance Festival! The festival features over 100 artists and performers, from local students to working professionals in the field of Dance, pulling in over 1,000 audience members.
PRE-SHOW AND INTERMISSION ADVERTISEMENTS
Display your logo/advertisement during the pre-show (30 minutes) and intermission (15 minutes) during all 3 performances at the Kentucky Dance Festival

Display your logo and advertisement AND include a verbal acknowledgement to your business/organization during the pre-show speech during all 3 performances at the Kentucky Dance Festival

Organizations and businesses are invited to submit their logo or an advertisement to be projected onto the cyclorama in the Pamela Brown Theatre at Actors Theatre. Advertisements will be displayed on a rotation as audience members find their seats (30 minutes) as well as during intermission for each performance (15 minutes).
Logos and advertisements will be displayed throughout the full duration of the Kentucky Dance Festival and its 3 performances. For an additional fee, you also have the option for us to include a verbal acknowledgement of your business/organization during the pre-show speech at all 3 performances.

To ensure that all businesses get significant display time, there is a strict limit on the number of advertisements included. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first serve basis.

Organizations and businesses are invited to submit their logo for inclusion in our digital and printed programming for the Kentucky Dance Festival.

Our digital program includes detailed information about each of the works being presented in the festival, whereas our printed program is a more concise breakdown of each production. All audience members will receive a printed program when they enter the theatre, which contains a QR code to access the digital program. Businesses will be listed as an “Advertising Sponsor” of the Kentucky Dance Festival.

All advertising sponsors will be listed on the Kentucky Dance Festival website as a 2026 advertising sponsor for the duration of this year!
